Courtney is one of Sphere Home Loan’s longest established team members starting with Sphere in 2014.
Having worked in all aspects of the business from Lending Assistant, Executive Assistant to Client Service Manager and now as Business Operations Manager, Courtney has a focus of continuous improvement of all our business processes to ensure every Sphere Home Loans client receives the 5-star experience we pride ourselves on.
Courtney’s knowledge of the banking industry and lending policies in general make her an excellent leader in our business and the entire broking and support team lean on her knowledge daily to ensure our client experience is always at the forefront of what we do.
Also heading up our post settlements team, Courtney is extremely passionate about our existing clients receiving regular reviews and are always at the most competitive rate possible.
